Translation

[This] book of the Tafsīr of Isaiah

the commentary of our master and teacher and lord

Saadya, head of the Yeshivah,

son of our master and teacher Joseph (זצ״ל)

[was completed] in the month of Elul of the year 1,556

of the Seleucid calendar. It was written by Judah

son of the renowned [...], may he rest in Paradise,

son of Samuel from KHRBW.

A favourable sign and peace to all Israel.
