1. A list of what Maḥfūẓ received into his hands

2. the servsant of the of the synagogue of the Babylonians, 1493 (= 1182 CE), (added by a different hand) and it has been delivered in full. 

3. ⁽¹⁾ a codex, with a wooden cover, which was bought from the two sons of Ibn al-Marjānī;

4. ⁽²⁾ a codex, in the ṣaghīr (‘small’) format, two columns; ⁽³⁾ a codex, containing the Torah and Targum; 

5. ⁽⁴⁾ a codex, containing the Torah, with a wooden cover, endowed by Moses, son of […];

6. ⁽⁵⁾ a codex, containing the Torah with three columns, endowed by Shemarya, son of David;

7. ⁽⁶⁾ a codex, containing the Torah, endowed by Shemarya, son of Joseph; ⁽⁷⁾ a codex, containing the Torah, endowed by

8. Shemarya, son of Amram, to the synagogue of Damūh; ⁽⁸⁾ a codex, containing a Torah, in two columns, endowed by his two sons;

9. ⁽⁹⁾ a codex, containing the Writings, endowed by the sons of the son of Jacob; ⁽¹⁰⁾ a codex, containing the Writings, starting with וזאת;

10. ⁽¹¹⁾ a codex, containing the Writings, endowed by Ephraim, the physician son of Rabbi Yefet, son of Isaac;

11. ⁽¹²⁾ four of the Latter Prophets, Bible and Targum, ⁽¹³⁾ a codex, in the kabīr format, containing four of the Former Prophets,

12. for which Abū Manṣūr, the physician, paid half of its price from his money and the community the other half;

13. ⁽¹⁴⁾ the Writings, in the nāqiṣ format, starting with בית האלהים; ⁽¹⁵⁾ a codex with the Torah in in the nāqiṣ format; (16) and another with the Writings

14. in the nāqiṣ format; ^(17-18) two codices, in the ṣaghīr format, containing four books of the Prophets,

15. in the first Samuel and Kings and, in the other, Jesaiah and Jeremiah; ⁽¹⁹⁾ a codex, containing

16. four of the Former Prophets, on them it is written, that they were endowed by Mevaser, son of Isaac; 

17. ⁽²⁰⁾ a codex, containing the Prophets, with eight (prophets), endowed by Solomon, son of Nathan, he-Ḥaver;

18. ⁽²¹⁾ and with Abū Isḥāq, the teacher, two codices, in the handwriting of Rabbi Zakkai, they contain four of the Former Prophets:

19. ⁽²²⁾ a codex, in the kabīr format, Bible and Targum; thirty-seven plates, and hooks for the lamps and cushions.
